RULES AND POLICIES

All patrons must be 21 or older and have a valid membership. A photo ID is necessary at time of membership application.

On arrival, all campers and visitors must report to the register and settle their camping or visitor fees.

Full payment of reservation is due upon the arrival of the first person on the reservation.

We do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature, weather or early departures.

All day pass guests must park their vehicle in the parking lot next to Rec Hall. Day pass and membership dues (on first visit) must be paid upon arrival. Any day pass guest who stays after 9:00 pm will be charged an additional day pass rate or overnight camping rate.

Per STATE REGULATIONS, no outside alcohol is allowed in the dance hall or pool area as these are considered bar areas.

Friendly dogs or other domestic animals MUST register with us. Evidence of vaccination is required. Only pets accompanying individuals having overnight accommodations are permitted to be on the property. Dogs are allowed in the following rooms: Owl's Nest, Ridgeview, Hideaway, Adirondack, and all cabins. With the exception of registered service animals, pets are not allowed in the Turnout Lounge, Whippoorwill Café, or pool area. Registered service animals must be cleared through campground owners.

Please use the designated smoking areas around the recreation area. No smoking will be allowed inside the Turnout Lounge, Whippoorwill Café, or inside the pool. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in an ashtray or proper container.

Trash should be deposited in the appropriate collection bins.

No illegal activity is allowed. No drugs, fireworks, firearms, or any weapons of any kind are allowed. Firearms include BB, pellet and paintball guns.

All areas except the dining room is clothing optional. No public sexual activity is allowed.

Any behavior which is deemed violent or overly offensive will result in immediate removal from the property and loss of membership.

Please gain permission before photographing or video recording any guests. Do NOT post photos taken at the campground if you don’t have permission of all the people in the photo.

In the event of emergency please contact management immediately. A first aid kit is available in the bar area.

Please report any issues to management immediately

Do not attract or feed any wildlife.

Please do not cut any trees on the property – alive or dead. Bring your own firewood or purchase firewood from the check-in desk.

Do not burn plastic or garbage. Never leave your fire unattended. Douse with water thoroughly when leaving campsite or going to bed.

When hiking, do not trespass on adjoining property.

All guests MUST shower with soap prior to using the pool, spa and steam room. Absolutely no sexual activity is allowed in public spaces.

Follow all posted rules. Posted rules take priority over these or other printed rules.

Any exceptions to these policies must be made in writing by campground ownership.
Cancellation Policy (return to Lodging)

Cancellations made within 24hours of booking will be given the full deposit amount towards a future rental within the same season regardless of reservation date.

15 days prior to arrival: 100% credit of deposit towards another date in the same season.

8 days prior to arrival: 50% credit of deposit towards another date in the same season.

7 days or less will forfeit your deposit. No shows will affect future reservation privileges.

No refunds or credits for Holiday weekends.

Reservations are for the guests who make them. Reservations are NOT transferable, in any way, to other guests.

Note: Weather forecasts; changes in your job or available days off; or illness do not warrant an exception to our policy. We are a small business and greatly appreciate your patronage, however we cannot make exceptions to our reservation policy.
